this track is sampled from the great George Gershwin who lived in the amazing times together with Edward Hopper who is my co author as ai on this albums art. The record is the original american print from 1930s so the condition is very poor, and this makes the sound of those strings very close to the sound of water or white noise which many of u may have noticed bring up different memories in your mind.
